    * 2 valid ID (Passport/PRC/SSS/Philhealth/Postal/Driver's)
    * 3 pcs. Picture 1x1 (husband/wife/Atty-in-Fact)
    * Birth certificate (Single) or Marrriage contract (Married)
    * Certificate of Employment with Compensation (Consularized)
    * Special Power of Attorney (Developer's form, must be Consularized)
    * Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
    * Proof of Billing Address or Certification from Owner if renting

PAG-IBIG FINANCING REQUIREMENTS (LOCALLY EMPLOYED)

    * 2 valid ID (PRC/SSS/Philhealth/Postal/Passport/Driver's)
    * Tax Identification No. (TIN)
    * 3 pcs. Picture 1x1 (husband/wife/Atty-in-Fact)
    * Cedula (husband/wife/Atty-in-Fact)
    * Birth certificate (Single) or Marrriage contract
    * Certificate of Employment with Compensation
    * Membership Status Verification Slip (MSVS)
    * Proof of Billing Address or Certification from Owner if renting
    * Income Tax Return (ITR)
    * Original Payslip (at least 3 months)
